Karen vanPrice was born in Southern California, and is a self-employed artist, art educator, yoga studio owner and instructor, health advocate and author. At 62 years young, she is a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Karen lives with her husband David Price in Prescott, AZ.

This book and others like it have changed mine and my husbands life

This book and others like it have changed mine and my husbands life. I have struggled all my life with weight and health issues. I have also watched my children with struggles of their own. After reading this book, I can see that my ignorance and reliance on the current and recent past of our defunked food system has had a very serious impact on my family's health. My husband, while relatively healthy, has watched me struggle with countless failed attempts at diets. Since switching over to healthy whole non-gmo foods, my health has improved dramatically and I have started to lose weight. My body knows the difference between the good and bad foods now. Even my husband, who loves his soda and sugar loaded deserts, now enjoys the new whole healthy foods and has started to look for and prepare the healthy alternatives. What I have learned will stay with me and keep me moving forward into what I hope will be a long healthy life. Thanks to my mother, Karen vanBarneveld-Price, I get to watch by family grow up too.

A MUST READ!

If you are looking to learn more about our food supply today and REALLY understand what has happened to our food over the last 50 years, then this book is a must read. I have been on the organic and non GMO bandwagon for 4 years now. This book is excellent at detailing WHY you should be eating "clean" food. The facts in this book are indisputable and made me MAD. Sad that our American government and FDA don't really care about us, the American population. If everyone would read this book and take action, then maybe we can affect change. Read it and share it with everyone you know!
