I never thought it would be possible for me ...

Self confidence is extremely important in almost every aspect of our lives, yet so many people struggle to find it. Sadly, this can be a vicious circle: people who lack self confidence can find it difficult to become successful.
I love the way writer explained all those points in the book so simply and in such a short length. The book is really short and can be completed within 2 hours maximum. There are some books even better than this one out there but this is also equally important.
Each tip in the book is designed to be a small, attainable goal; you can do to help boost your self-esteem and confidence to have a happy life. Some of these goals are personal, while others are social related. Some are goals that involve improving relationships with other people.
Like what this book says, see the cup as half full rather than half empty. Focus on what you can do instead of what you cannot do. Learn to relax, increase your competence level and be positive.
I never thought it would be possible for me to say I was a confident person, or for me to ever hear anyone else say that I was a confident person. All that has changed after reading this book and putting what I learned from in into practice in my own life. I have never been happier in my entire life. I would recommend this to anyone who has always wanted to be more confident.

This is a great book on helping your self confidence

This is a great book on helping your self confidence. It is a quick read and to the point. You get the information you need and can move on to start working with it. It is also a great guide in having a better confidence level, a great book to speak about insights so that one will understand why he is having a low level of self-confidence. I would like to recommend this book to all of you. The book won't take you more than an hour to read but the tips can help you for a lifetime. For the price, you can't go wrong.

TREMENDOUS Self Help Book...a MUST read!!!

My problem is that I lack self confidence. I am afraid that I may so or do something dumb in the eyes of the public. Fear is probably the root of all. Fear to fail is what makes a person less of what he/she is. Instead of doing what we could but because of fear most of us withdraw ourselves. We just prefer to be contented of what we have instead of moving out of our comfort zone and achieve something great. We are covered with negative emotions and perspectives in life seems to be different. This is all because of lack of self confidence. Like what this book says, see the cup as half full rather than half empty. Focus on what you can do instead of what you cannot do. Learn to relax, increase your competence level, be positive. I learned with this book that I can step out of my comfort zone and be comfortable being there. I am trying to put to test Nathan's tips on how not to stress out on so many things. I should focus on the good things not the negative things. I am only giving this book 4 stars because it was too short. Please dont get me wrong, this book was a TREMENDOUS help, but I think it should have been a bit more in depth. This book is really a great help to someone who doubt themselves and what they can do. So i highly recommend this book to everybody. It's a big help! It has really helped me!
