I was hoping for more detail. I know this is supposed to be a summary, but it turns out I got almost as much information free off the web :( I thought there would be quite a bit more than I could find just looking around. Its not a bad summary, it's just that I'm bummed I paid for it.

Going around in circles

I rate this technique a 5 star, in only two days I felt I could see the end of the tunnel. I was overwhelmed and had a difficult time getting started. I am now looking forward to being in a satisfying place. Thank you.
