Many of these tips are useful for a time when one may be unemployed, for sure! However, the tips given in this book are useful for anyone who extra time on their hands and may be looking for other activities to supplement your life. Not only does the author tell you her tips, she tells you HOW to approach the 40 ideas. Additionally, she provides extra resources that would support you in trying out the tips. By reading this book, my interest was piqued and mindset was expanded in the way of activities that could add variety, quality, and a new level of well-roundedness to my life. I have several pages earmarked for a return to review and even implement. A quick read with a lot of information and inspiration. I still have to go back and click on the included video links.
