Interested in the mind-body connection?

First in a series of 12- not sure what to expect from the rest, but I can say that, although very technical in nature, I enjoyed reading this book. Sheds light on the mind's ability to directly and indirectly influence bodily actions and seems to lead in nicely to the next book.
