Happy Habits, Happy Life!

Happy Habits is an incredible guide for anyone looking to make little daily changes and reap great lifetime rewards. The author has compiled a book that is well-researched and written. She details the ways in which we can transform our careers and lives by forming new habits, ‘happy habits.’ I am in my late twenties and have gone from industry to industry (hospitality, management, sales, marketing). I thought by changing my job or career path, I’d become a happier person. This book points out that that mindset doesn’t work. Instead of bouncing from job to job, I would have been better off focusing on myself and setting myself up to be happy and content in what I was doing. The power lies in making little changes to reward and regulate our behavior. As the author says, ‘being happy isn’t selfish,’ we all owe it to ourselves to create the best environment for happiness and contentment. In addition to the overall benefit of reading the book, I found small details like the graphics and pictures with inspirational quotes to make the book a joy to read. A great read! A++

If you want to be happier in your career and life, this book is a MUST-READ! Vicki Morris has written a great book that shows you how adopting these simple habits can really make a change in your life. Not only that but I especially love how quick and easy it is to adopt these Happy Habits in just 4 minutes a day. Real change to a happier life is at your fingertips.

Highly recommended strategy to add more happiness to your life

I highly recommend this book to anyone that wants a simple, straightforward plan for being a happier person. I have always believed that we control our own happiness. Vicki Morris not only gives you practical ways to be a happier person, she backs it up with science. The list of energizers alone is worth the price of the book! Great read!
