MY partners and I were in the process of starting a new start up and raising a Series A round (should be closed within 3 weeks). A lot of the VC books out there were written with much self praise by the relevant authors. Fenney presents, focuses on, and breaks down a very different albeit extremely crucial part of the fund raising and general start up process. He deciphers much of the legal elements of a deal. Sounds like a lawyer and an entrepreneur all in one - an awesome double whammy.
